Sharing Our Space

We strive to minister to the people of the church and local community in many ways, including the use of our facilities.

Our building, including the sanctuary, multi-purpose room, and kitchen/buffet room, is available for use when we have time between planned church functions (pending approval from our Congregational Chairperson or Pastor). We work to offer a space that can facilitate church activities, free of charge, including:

  • committee meetings,
  • functions planned by church staff or our affiliate organizations (MCC, MC Canada, MC Saskatchewan, etc.),
  • small, personal, and non-profit gatherings planned by church members, or regular attendees who consider OMC their home church.

We also open our space for weddings, funerals, or other events that require staff involvement from our trustees and custodians. These kinds of functions usually require a rental agreement (unless counsel approves waiving any related fees) and should conform to our Usage Guidelines.

If you are interested in hosting an event at OMC, contact our church office at oslermcoffice@sasktel.net.

Member/Regular Attendee Small Personal Events

Church members who have regularly attended worship services and/or Sunday School during the past twelve months and their immediate family may use the church for their own personal, non-profit use, pending availability and approval from our Congregational Chairperson or Pastor.

  • Sunday – Friday use: Free
  • Saturday use: $50

For larger gatherings (more than 50 people), functions requiring the use of kitchen equipment, or if a custodian will need to clean up the space after the event, please refer to Member Rental Rates.
